1. What products do you offer ?
We offer metal/resin bond diamonds and PCD tools for Lavina,HTC,Husqvarna,Klindex,PHX,Diamatic,SASE,STI,Premaster,Werkmaster,Terrco grinder etc.
Metals grits from 6-400#, with soft,medium, hard bond
Resins grits from 30-3000# (Hybrid ,semi metallic,resin-metal, metal embeded,Copped bond,ceramic,electroplated,resin etc)
2. What is delivery time and payment terms ?
Regular products we need about 1 week preparation and production, because we have a wide rang of tools,not possible all of them in stock.please give us time . normally all orders not exceed 2 weeks.
Most likely express we will choose FedEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc, they will take 6-7 days from here to your hands direclty.
We proudly take Paypal and bank wire.
3. Do you offer free samples ?
Sorry that our company don’t offer free samples. we are open to do business with sincerity customers all over the world with quality products. if you are our regular customers. we will send you new product samples, offer you discount etc.
However, We will support new customer a trial order for just one or two sets for testing.
